Room rates of $119 to $129 are among the most affordable, quality B&B accommodations in the St. Michaels and Tilghman Island area. Note: Rates are subject to Maryland sales tax (5%) and Talbot County Accommodation Tax (4%). Weekday special Guests checking in Sunday, Monday or Tuesday for a two-night stay may take advantage of a 50% discount to extend for a third night if rooms are not previously reserved. Please inquire about this possible discount when making reservations. Reservations Weekends tend to fill up well in advance. Potential guests are urged to make reservations early to guarantee space. Sinclair House generally holds to a two-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays. However, people making last-minute plans are invited to call inquiring if a room is available for one night because of cancellations or other reasons. A credit card number plus full address including zip code or personal check mailed to Sinclair House, PO 145, Tilghman, MD 21671 is sufficient to reserve a room. Cancellation At least seven days prior to the first reserved night: full refund, minus a $20.00 processing fee. Smoke-free Environment Smokers are invited to smoke outside the Inn. Families Children may be accommodated only by prior arrangement. Pets We regret inability to accommodate pets.
